As your dedicated day of event coordinator, I’m here to alleviate the stress of planning your special day. From managing timelines to coordinating vendors and ensuring flawless decor, my goal is to make your event seamless. With my background as a wedding photographer, I have a keen eye for detail and know how to keep everything on track, ensuring that any unexpected issues are swiftly handled without disrupting your celebration. I'm your point of contact for guests, vendors, and anyone with questions about the day. I handle to details that you want handled.

What's Included & Pricing 

Before The Big Day 

  • Unlimited phone and email support from the date of contract signing 

  • Constructing Timeline 

  • Meetings to go over the details of the day

  • Day before event, Venue walk thru 

Event Day Of 

  • Up to 10hrs of event coordinating support 

  • Oversee Event set up 

  • Oversee vendors, acting as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed

  • Distributing final payment and gratuity of vendors

  • Execute any other details discussed with Client to the best of  my abilities   

Pricing 

 $800 for one Coordinator (Tiffany Wood) 

  •  For Larger weddings more than one coordinator may be necessary and will be discussed with client. In that event an additional $200 will be applied.
